This morning at Endless Pawsibilities, our training and boarding crew gathered for their daily “morning announcements.” Capri the Sheltie took the role of principal, reminding everyone to “walk, not run” to the play yards (advice that was immediately ignored).

Ethel and Nebo decided they were co-teachers today, mostly supervising snack time… by taste-testing all the snacks. Jack and Rocky, our Giant Schnauzer duo, formed the official “Hall Monitor Squad” but spent most of their shift comparing who had the fluffier beard.

Leia the Dorkie trotted through the crowd like she was late for an important meeting, while Maggs and Harley the Springer Spaniels debated the best way to get Ames, the shuttle drivers attention—Harley votes for dramatic zoomies, Maggs says it’s all in the wiggle-butt greeting.

Nelson the Lab Mix and Otis the Great Dane Mix took over the recess field, demonstrating the perfect synchronized roll in the grass. Meanwhile, little Tillie the Golden Retriever puppy took furious notes in her “puppy journal,” determined to become an expert in playtime strategy.

Everyone’s loving their school lessons and overnight staycations—but the real buzz? The daily rush of Social Club friends is about to arrive, and this crew can’t wait to welcome them with wagging tails and plenty of play plans!

“The pawsibilities are endless...”

Since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to work with animals. I was positive I wanted to be a Veterinarian because that is what all animal lovers want to do, right? I started my first job the day before I turned 16 as a vet tech/dog bather/front desk admin at a 2 man vet clinic in Houston. I quickly learned that the blood, guts and unfortunate requirement of euthanasia as an animal doctor wasn’t something I felt I could stomach. However, during the 3 years working there, my boss/Dr. would constantly tell me how he’s never seen anyone calm the dogs as I did. He said my natural ability to speak to them and convince them everything was going to be O.K. was “incredible”. Thus started my venture in studying dog behavior and training.

With an exception of two jobs in the past near 20 years (one in the oil and gas field and the other a medical admin at Ellington Field) I have always worked with animals - primarily dogx.

When I was in my young 20’s, I drew up my first business plan. I was going to design and build my very own 5-star pet resort. Unfortunately, life got in the way with unexpected events and I was unable to pursue my dream at that time. Now, with many more years of experience and large client following, I truly believe this is my time to design and build the very best dog boarding, training and daycare facility around. I want to focus on what many of our local resorts lack - personal touch, quality care and excellent customer service. I want to get to know you and your dog as if she/he was my own and I want to remove any guilt you may feel when having to leave your dog, if even for a quick overnight stay. Jesus will be my manager and I trust Him to guide me though this adventure. With Him, the Pawsibilities are endless!
