Message from Finder: Has what looks like a shock collar. I think it is a female. She has been under our trampoline since 9 this morning. She won't let us approach her without barking and tail tucking. She seems scared and I know she needs water which I took out to her as close as I could get! She won't come out from under the trampoline. Please share this!
