We hear it all the time: โa 2yo is too young to startโ
But we understand that starting one young isnโt about cowboying them into doing things itโs about giving them a good beginning.
A 2yo is like a blank notebook. Their body and mind are wide open, willing and ready to learn.
When training is done slow, correct, and respectful that early start becomes the reason they turn into solid, steady partners.
Here are some big reasons to start your horses young:
