As winter creeps in, you may be wondering: How are the horses staying warm on these chilly nights?

Horses have lots of ways to stay cozy in cold weather — and each one is a little different. At the farm, we have a wide range of horses: older and younger, fluffy and sleek, big and small. Every horse is built differently when it comes to handling the cold, and we accommodate them accordingly!

We are bringing lots of new things to the table next year, and can't wait to see what's in store. But for now, we are resting, plotting, preparing, and anticipating!

✅Always be extra cautious when interacting with horses, especially ones you aren’t familiar with! Horses need time to get to know you, and you need to spend time getting to know them. Putting in that effort will make for a better relationship between you and your new buddy!
