Miss Ka-Wai 209 is one of our bred replacement heifers. This POLLED heifer sired by ECC El Caporal 301 is not only power packed on her sire’s side, but also on her dam’s. Through her Dam she carries genetics such as LL Mr Doc Holiday 539 and MSP Esto Cherra 754 (Partin’s), then also JDH Mr Manso 360/1 (Madison son) and also JDH Karu Manso 800.

Huge thanks to Becker Livestock Services for taking care of our girls and exhibiting them today at the International Brahman female show. The two heifers pictured with Thomas are THE BEST with children, he literally crawls all over them 💙 Go see them tomorrow in the BLUE section!

For the first time in 17 years, we won’t have our own stall setup at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. It was a hard decision to make, but we weren’t able to get someone to take care of the ranch & animals while Buster would be in Houston. We will have 3 heifers with Becker Livestock Services, two of which are available. And we will be at the show Wednesday-Friday, so we hope to see everyone then! I’m feeling nostalgic today, I thought I’d share photos from Houston 2004 and Mr. Horsegate 432 aka Blue Moon.
