As some of you may already know, a former employee lost one of the pups that was in our care on Saturday, April 12th. I wanted to present more information to hopefully clarify some of the most immediate concerns regarding our policies and procedures.

In case some points were missed, I'd also like to state that the employee that was responsible for the loss has been terminated. The former employee had been properly trained but decided to forgo policy of her own volition. Indy has boarded with us 5 times in the past and this situation has never occurred with her or any of our other pets because of our policies and procedures. If we decide to remain in business, moving forward, we will be implementing new policies to ensure that something like this NEVER happens again.

Magic loved his sister so much that I knew he wouldn't be too far behind after she passed. Magic Champ crossed the rainbow bridge at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 14th, and I have no words for my grief. Both of my sweet angels are gone now, and it is a pain like nothing I've ever experienced. All I ask from you is to hold your babies tight as much and for as long as possible! Their earthly love is so fleeting it must be cherished without boundaries. 🤎🩵🌈
