For those inquiring how males (and females) can adapt to a large herd setting, they can and do, and LA Guinea Pig Rescue is a GREAT resource to find education on how this can be done! We have learned SO much over the years, especially at the very beginning, from the world’s largest (and best IOHO) on guinea pig rescue, care and herds. We appreciate all the friendly emails and messages from Saskia and Scotty anytime we had a question and the educational videos have been a lifesaver, truly! 🐾 Thank you for maneuvering and understanding the world of guinea pigs so we can all learn from the best!!! 🐾

Welcome to Kentucky Cavies! We are a local, small group located in Louisville, KY. We rescue, rehabilitate and foster guinea pigs until we can find them a perfect forever home! We realize many piggies are in need of homes where they will be forever loved and properly cared for and it is our mission to educate the community on cavy care!
