I received a phone call from central dispatch 911. The police found a stray dog that’s been hanging in the same spot for a very long time. Everyone has been unsuccessful at catching him. A very nice man would go and feed him every day where he said he would just scarf down the food very quickly. They asked if I could assist in trying to catch the little dog so me, my husband, my daughter and my daughter’s boyfriend headed over to the area…and there he was. My family jumped out and we were immediately on a mission to catch him. We finally got him cornered, caught and brought to the rescue. He is so scared that he’s lunging and biting but I’m sure once he gets comfortable he’ll be just fine. We did have to cut off his tattered harness quickly as it was so incredibly tight, almost got bit, but got it. Poor little guy.
Please share with the hopes that someone is looking for their lost little Yorkie. He’ll be put on a stray hold and if not claimed he will be vetted and put up for adoption.
*The police checked all houses in the neighborhood including the White House that he’s been sticking close by but nobody claimed him.
