We’re Mark and Teresa Peters, the owners and makers behind The Elderberry Mercantile LLC. We’re passionate about creating simple, small-batch products using the purest ingredients—often locally sourced whenever possible. Many of our handmade goods are crafted from reclaimed or salvaged fabrics, transformed into unique rag rugs, baskets, coasters, and other functional pieces for the home. We also r

epurpose salvaged wood into art and home décor that carries character and history. You’ll often find us at maker fairs, artisan markets, and farm markets, sharing our work and connecting with those who value a simpler, more intentional way of living—something we strive to reflect in every product we offer.
