☀️ 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱! 🐾

And that means some of our wonderful summer girls are getting ready to head back to school. 📚💚

We’ve loved having the extra hands around the hospital this summer, but now 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺!

We are currently looking for reliable, hardworking employees who enjoy animals, aren’t afraid to stay busy, and want to be part of a small, privately owned veterinary practice.

☔ Rainy day phone reminder! 📞

Our phone system runs on WiFi, which means when Spectrum decides the weather is just a little too much for it, the physical phones in our office won't ring.

The good news: we can still see you! 💙

📱 You can still text our regular office number, and your messages come through our software.

☎️ If you call, our software still logs the multiple missed calls, even though we may never hear the phone ring.

So if it’s cloudy, rainy, or Spectrum is experiencing an outage and you’re wondering why no one answered—we promise we aren’t ignoring you! Texting us is the fastest way to get through.

💊 All prescription refills must be picked up by 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟵𝘁𝗵. Any medications remaining at the office on June 30th will be restocked as we prepare for the software conversion.

💳 All outstanding account balances 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 be paid in full by June 29th. This will help ensure a smooth transition of client accounts into the new system.

📅 The office will be 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 June 30th while our team completes the final software conversion, transfers records, verifies data, and puts the finishing touches on the new system.

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to make this transition as smooth as possible.
