There has been an increase in clients reaching out to staff members after hours and while we understand that your pets are like family, we are with our families during our off time. Here at AAH we want our staff to enjoy a work-life balance due to how much of ourselves we put into our work every day. We love your pets as much as you do, but we need downtime, so we can come back refreshed each day. There are emergency clinics after hours if you feel it's an urgent matter that cannot wait until the next business day. Thank you for understanding.
