A foster home is needed for a friendly momma cat and her four 5 week old kittens. Your help is vital in providing a safe and nurturing environment until they are adopted. If you reside in the Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem, Kutztown, or any of the surrounding areas and have a spare room to care for them, we request your support. Stop in at The Wicked Botanist to meet Polly, a 6–7‑month‑old purring machine and certified love bug who wants nothing more than to be right by your side. This affectionate kitten gives kisses, follows you everywhere, and happily curls up in your lap once she’s done playing. Polly is great with other cats and would thrive in a home with a playful feline friend; she can also do well with dogs given a slow introduction. Because she was likely raised as an only kitten, she’s still learning that hands are for petting, not nibbling, so older, responsible children are best. She needs interactive toys and wand toys to keep her busy and to tire her out. Polly loves being close—sometimes underfoot—so she wouldn’t be ideal for elderly adopters. She’s spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and negative for FELV/FIV, and she’s ready to bring nonstop purrs and endless affection to her forever home.

Meet Kelby, a handsome 10–11 month old silver-coated stunner with a gorgeous cream undercoat. He is a lover boy by nature who looks forward to greeting you at the door for pets. While he may take a little time to trust a new family, once he feels safe, he is a cuddly, purring best friend. Kelby is looking for an active home to match his high energy. As he is still learning that hands are for petting rather than pouncing, he would do best with older, considerate children. He is good with other cats and can settle in with dogs given proper introductions. Kelby is fully vetted (neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV negative) and ready for his forever home.
