Crown & Collar Pet Parlor would like to introduce our owners...

Meet Kelsey
Hi, I’m Kelsey, and after 20 years in the grooming industry, I can honestly say I still love what I do.
My love for animals started long before I ever picked up a pair of grooming shears. In 2008, my husband joined the Army, beginning an adventure that took our family to different places across the country. At our very first duty station, I found a job at a PetSmart just a short walk from our home—and completely fell in love with grooming.
Over the years, grooming has taken me to many places and introduced me to more four-legged personalities than I could ever count. But the thing I’ve treasured most has never been the haircut itself. It’s the trust.
Being trusted with someone's best friend is an incredible responsibility and an honor I never take lightly. I love getting to know each dog's personality, earning their confidence, and creating a grooming experience where they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
I believe every dog deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and a whole lot of love. My faith has taught me that caring for God's creation is a privilege, and I hope that heart of service is something you feel the moment you and your pup walk through our doors.
After years of moving around, my family and I are so grateful to finally call beautiful Tennessee home. These days, my little zoo includes my husband, three kids, two dogs, a cat and a bearded dragon—so life is rarely quiet, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
Thank you for trusting me with a small piece of your family. I can't wait to meet you and your pup and make them feel right at home at Crown & Collar. 👑🐾
With love,
Kelsey
