Emergency preparedness includes our pets! Keep pet carriers accessible near exits, include pets in evacuation plans, and consider pet alert stickers for windows.

For apartment dwellers: know which exits allow pets during emergencies.

Most importantly — if you're safely out, don't go back for pets. Contact emergency responders instead.

Our Algonquin and Elgin locations will be closed this Thursday, November 24th for Thanksgiving. However, if you need us in an emergency on Thanksgiving day, we are always here for you and your pet at our Dundee location- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
