Well, and that's a wrap for our days as alpaca owners, and what an amazing 15 years it was!! BIG congratulations to new alpaca owners, Andrew and Priscilla Perez of San Antonio, Texas on their purchase of our remaining alpaca herd and our two Livestock Guardian dogs, R***r and Wesson!! They are starting their new herd with some of our very best show quality babies!! They are soon to be the new owners of:

Lizzy Bea
Bristol
Silhouette
Dyna Gear
Gia (pregnant)
Yenta (pregnant)
Time Out (pregnant)
Arrakis
Larabee
Nealon and
Declan..

We will shear them all here next Friday, then get them to Texas before it gets too hot. We are so very relieved and just thrilled that they all get to stay together as a family, dogs included!!

Congratulations to Tasha Campbell of Tucson, AZ on her purchase of Atlas by Granite, and Liberty Alpacas Devotion! She is getting two of our very best!! Atlas is going to definitely be hard for me to say goodbye to. 😭 He is just the sweetest, best boy ever, and he was a blast to show!!

These two are genetic powerhouses, and are headed to a great Appaloosa/Harlequin breeding program in Colorado!! We're sure they will be creating beautiful spots for you!!!

Congratulations to Sue and Howard Passell on your purchase of Montana Mateo, Argenta Granite's Declan, and Aurora by Declan!! They will be joining the Passell's existing tiny herd, and will soon be producing their new show string!! They were only coming out to look at Declan, and took three! Mateo will be a hard one to let go, but we're very happy for his new owners. They are getting two spectacular herdsires from two different, amazing genetic lines!!

Our hearts are absolutely broken this morning. I can't even describe the devastating sadness we are feeling. We lost the patriarch of our herd, Granite. He was the sweetest, most awesome alpaca we have ever known. He didn't have a single mean bone in his body. He loved everyone, and he was adored by so many people from all over the world. He gave the sweetest kisses to everyone he met, and he had the patience of a saint when we weaned baby boys with him. What he did for our breeding program was incredible. He made the most gorgeous babies. We were so grateful to Pamela Wagener and Jon for the opportunity to own and love him as our own.I don't know how I'm going to walk out there and not see him anymore. We love you so much sweet boy....rest peacefully, old man. We loved you so much...💔.

Congratulations to the Johnson family and Sweet Surrey Alpaca Ranch on their purchase of Zia's OutGRAYgeous (GiGi), her baby, Zinnia, and Fancy Like (Fancy Pants)!! We're sure they will love their new home in Morgan, UT!!
