We offer a kennel free environment or we have kennels for older pups or pups with medical issues or anxiety. We treat your pet like they were our own. Lots of hugs and treats!!!!

Don't forget we have self 🐩 🛁! Its the whole set up with shampoo, conditioner, towels, happy hoodies, blow dryer and we clean up when you are done. $15 for smalls $20 for med-large and $25 for xl.

This tub is 47" on the inside so it will fit and big dog. My XL tub room is not hooked up yet for service.

If we are open then the tubs are open. First come first serve no appointments made for the self dog wash.

Snug As A Bug is officially in the new building! It is the old laundromat building by dollar general store 602 SW 3rd st. There is still a lot to do, but with closing this week on the little building it left no choice but to get moved over. I want to say a BIG thank you to everyone who has helped with this project. It was a big undertaking with a LOT of challenges and they are not done yet 🤪. Im exctided for the next chapter of Snug as a bug!

Throwing out a reminder that we have a no call no show policy. We have had this policy in place for a year now. I have it posted all over the lobby and its also been added to appointment cards to try and make it as known as possible. This means if you do not show up for your appointment and did not call to cancel or reschedule there is a $20 fee. This also means canceling last minute or the time you are to be here for your appointment. We do not have time to call everyone who has not shown for their said appointment to see if your are still coming. Our schedule is getting very busy and full. Thank you for your understanding!.

Hello everyone. I figured It was time to make a post. I know soooo many are trying to get in for grooms, new and ones that have not been here for a long time so they are like new ones again. Unfortunately, no one wants to work anymore. I need a bather or 2. I do have some help for the summer, but need someone to still be here working after summer is over. This job is not an easy job to do. It takes a LOT of patience and grooming a dog takes time. That limits how many can be done in a day with limited help. I am trying and do feel horrible that I can not get more In at this time. I have a girl that has been working a couple of days a week learning the ways of grooming and once school is done I can work with her more on finishing grooms and she will be able to add a small amount to groom until she gets a little time under her belt. I am hopeful that I will get some more help soon. If anyone is interested in being a bather contact me.

This being said, I have purchased the old laundromat by the dollar store. I am working on it to move the business there to have more room. I plan on having a couple self dog wash rooms and maybe at some point boarding on a small scale. This will not be for awhile though because it's going to need a lot of work.

I appreciate everyone that comes here and likes the work that we do!

Hello, here is an announcement of a couple changes coming.

Due to the ⬆️ increasing amount of no calls ☎️and no shows 📺, there will be a fee 💰 implemented for missed appointments.

If you schedule to bring in multiple pets and you then only show up with one pet because you decided not to bring the others for whatever reason, we also need to know that. We could have scheduled another groom in their place.

I have been reluctant to do this, but I am going to have to raise $ prices. I am fairly underpriced already for the groom industry along with the price increase of product and equipment.
