Farm to Yard Petting Zoo Traveling Petting Zoo Hi there! I'm Lauren. I am a mother to human kids and am an official crazy goat lady. And so, Farm to Yard Petting Zoo was born.

I began rescuing animals of all types several years ago, after a long career in corporate life. At the time, my grandmother was living at an assisted living facility and I would take animals to her room just to see her smile. I quickly realized how much joy something as simple as petting a rabbit had on the other residents. And the memories an animal brought back to them was amazing. So, I started

taking animals to visit my grandmother & her friends regularly in my free time. Somewhere along the way, I was asked to bring some animals to a birthday party when their petting zoo cancelled last minute. I had no intention on starting a traveling petting zoo business, but the word of mouth requests started flooding in. I accidentally found my later in life personal joy in sharing our animals with children and elderly, especially. We would love to share them with you too!
