It was a 🔥 week at The Warrenton Pony Show, but Team MEA kept it cool. Lots of 🥇🥈🥉! Lots of smiles! Lots of ❤️🦄!

Good rides from Keira on MaryLou Glover’s “Outfoxed” in the Pony Pleasure and Maiden Eq. Special thanks to Beverly for stepping in the irons for the Miller family on “Piedmont’s Uptown Girl” in the Pony Pleasure. These girls braved the heat!

Dorin and “Demarco CR” had strong trips on a rainy Saturday, including a win in the VHSA/M&S Adult Eq over fences and second on the flat. Strong rides in the Adults, too.

Leo showed Juleanna Glover’s “Rantanplan” and “Centrist” on Sunday in the Children’s Hunter and VHSA/M&S Children’s Eq. He was a star - winning the Eq, and Reserve Champion and Reserve Grand Champion Children’s Hunter, and, Best Child Rider on a Horse - well done Leo!

Finally, “Piedmont’s Uptown Girl” rounded out the weekend in Leadline. With Emma in the youngers and Charlotte in the olders - way to ride with your heels down girls! Excellent ribbons all around.

Thanks to our fearless leader, Ginia Skeens Wilbrandt, for always keeping your ❄️ cool no matter what!

Not to be outdone by the juniors, Dorin Methfessel rode her Demarco CR - who we all love as Donnie - to first over fences the VHSA/M&S Adult Medal and second on the flat in a competitive division of adults who braved the rain - but got cooler temps!

Trainer/owner Ginia Skeens Wilbrandt has brought up generations of riders from leadline through the A/Os.

My guest had to cancel their reservations during the Upperville C**t & Horse Show and Loudoun Benefit Horse Show.
The apartment is an easy 14-mile drive (approximately 23 minutes) from the showgrounds.
