Today we are working on evacuating the AWC shelter staff pets & human family members from the Town of Las Vegas, NM.


Thanks to 911 funding provided by Southwest Animal Rescue Fund, Inc. - SWARF, we are able to provide safe boarding in Abq for AWC staff Dogs ❤️🐾 THANK YOU SWARF!!!!

The shelter is being staged & the Animal Welfare Coalition of Northeastern New Mexico Pet Center animals are being prepped for a full evacuation. We are hopeful the government agencies will work together as needed to provide all evacuated animals with a safe 911 sheltering situation. Please send to all that are effected & those trying to help.
