One of our favorite adoptions last year was this adorable bonded pair. Coconut was rescued by Street Cat HUB Inc. and had been with us for quite a while. She had excellent veterinary care by Dr Martin of VCA Wyoming. When the full mouth extractions resolved her stomatitis pain, she was friendlier and became more social. And then Desert Paws NM Animal Rescue sent this big happy fella. Bobcat Dave is super social so when they became besties, it helped her blossom even more. We have a huge compilation of cute photos of them together but we narrowed it down to a few for this overdue post. They found the nicest people and are loving the good life now! 😺💙😺👏🏡

UPDATE- PENDING ADOPTION 🥳
Please help! I can't stop taking pictures of our newest foster kitty! 😂 The only cure will be for her to be adopted by wonderful people who will give her the happy life she deserves. 🏡
Sunny is a 2-year-old who was rescued by Bernalillo County Animal Care and Resource Center. She raised her kittens in a loving foster home. She is now spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is a donation to her shelter to help other pets. 🐈🐕‍🦺
She is just about perfect although we all have at least a little something, don't we? Her only possibly tricky thing is she might (and just maybe) not love being around other cats. She ignored the adult cats in her foster home and only occasionally got irritated with her kittens once they were older. She got along fine with the dogs.

Thanks so much Albuquerque Animal Welfare for caring for and sending this precious, cuddly, smart, resilient, beautiful angel! We LOVE her and are very happy she found the best home🏡🎉
People loved her during her very brief visits to the cat cafe. A wonderful couple and their two sweet cats will give her the best life in their quiet, calm home. Her older brother cats are very gentle and kind and have eye trouble themselves. They will help her settle in to a life of snuggles, great food, excellent care, and fun times. We couldn't be happier with this adoption and are grateful she found the perfect situation. She deserves all the good things after her rough start. Yay Bobina! 🥳💙👏

Bobina is visiting us at Catopia today! This cute and super friendly 3-month-old kitten from Albuquerque Animal Welfare needed both eyes removed because of bad infections and scarring. She is pain-free now but will need a few extra things in her new home. Blind cats are amazingly resilient and capable! They can live happy lives doing almost everything other cats do. Little Bobina would do best in a quieter home without dogs or small children. She LOVES being held and sitting with you. She would love a nice adult cat to help her navigate her indoor-only home.
