Hello Hearts for Horses fans! I moved to Seattle several years ago but interest in Hearts for Horses continues to grow. We are in the process of transitioning to potential new administrators of this site.

Very shortly we will be looking for volunteers. We will need people with very well trained GENTLE, older school horses, suitable for kids to ride. We will also need volunteers to help with scheduling events, helping with refreshments, helping as walk-alongs, and more.

Please stay tuned. We are also interested in searching for venues to host the event. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver. These events are 100% volunteer led and there is never a charge for anyone to participate.

Siblings of H4H kids can also ride because NOBODY should be left standing in the shadows.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my Hearts For Horses families in New Mexico and everywhere else. It's so nice to see these kids growing up and becoming young adults. We miss those who have passed on to horse heaven in the sky and bid them happy trails. Our hearts are with you all of our two legged and four legged family!

I am hoping someone in New Mexico will carry on the H4H tradition since I am now living in Seattle.

I have relocated to Washington State and I am looking for someone to take over as Coordinator/Chair of Hearts for Horses, NM. Would anyone like to volunteer? It's an awesome way to meet some SPECTACULAR people and contribute to our community. I am going to reach out to our local Project Management Rio Grande Chapter to see if a certified PM would be willing to volunteer to help organize the events. Suggestions are welcome! Let's try to get a 2017 Fall event on the books!

Would the weekend of Thanksgiving be Ok for our 2016 Fall H4H event? Please respond and let us know if this weekend would work. It's hard to find a weekend when people don't have a major activity happening.
