*Some days we may have to close during week for school events, please call before hand. We strive to have a low stress grooming environment and do our best to maintain that. Since we are only two groomers, we take limited daily appointments so there is not a zoo like atmosphere in order to try to establish a bond and trust with your pup. We use only the best products

and all services include shampoo, conditioner, teeth, nails and ears. We are a family business we would love to make your furry babies feel like family. Most of our clients pre-book their pups appointments at 4, 6 or 8 weeks schedules so they get the day and time they need since we are usually booked a week or so out. I highly suggest pre-booking at every appointment so you get the day and time you wish. :)

Our late and cancelation policy is as follows:

late: 15 minutes or more late and you risk a re-book for a different day and a fee of 50% of your groom. Some days we will be able to keep your appointment, but there is no time guarantee as we will work your pup in. We run by appointment, so just like a doctor, hairdresser or other professionals being on time is important to maintain a calm environment. No show/ last minute cancellation: A no show/ last minute cancellation really hurts a small intimate shop. A rebook fee of the price of the missed groom and a prepayment for new appointment is required in order to rebook. Price is due at time of rebook and is non refundable. A last minute cancellation is any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours from appointment time. I understand that life happens and will be understanding of emergencies. Also please understand that it is hard for a small business and any loss of income hurts. Thank you to all of my AMAZING CLIENTS!!!
