I have accepted a job with Wabash General so I've made the difficult decision to stop grooming right now. It's a better schedule for my kids and a lot closer to home. If anything should change and I decide to start grooming again, I will update here.

I'm waiting to schedule dogs to see how this weather plays out. I promise I haven't forgotten about you all. It's just been hectic with the holidays. I had planned on scheduling dogs this next week, but we will see what happens.

I've had a lot of calls for new grooming clients. Due to my full-time nursing schedule and already working everyday I am off from the hospital, I am no longer accepting new clients.

I've had a lot of people asking if I still board dogs. With my nursing schedule, I'm not able to anymore. I leave my house at 5am and don't get home until 9pm. It's not fair to the dogs to stay kenneled that entire time. I have spoken to a few of you about boarding already and I will honor our arrangements and make it work.

If anyone is looking for a place to board, I highly recommend Blessed Pets in Crossville, IL. They are wonderful people and have a great setup!

Tonight is my last night shift of the week. I will be taking more dogs and working late over the weekend in attempt to get caught up. If you are still in need of an appointment and don't mind me keeping your dog for awhile, I will try to work them in. Please comment on this post and I will contact you in the next few days.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm not ignoring you. I am currently working full-time as a nurse on nights and grooming on my days off, as well as taking care of 4 kids. I work nights a lot this week/weekend, but I will try to message everyone back by the middle of next week. Thank you all for understanding and working with me!
