Our sugarhouse will be open for you to visit March 15 and 16 2025. We hope to be boiling syrup and talking about our 2025 season. It has been a roller coaster ride for sure, we have had cold weather like winters I remember as a kid. The syrup we have made has been Amber Rich and also some Dark Robust. The flavor is great, complemented by the ice cold sap and the roaring wood fire. All of our pure maple syrup gets our FIRE & ICE brand. Our old fashion syrup making process, makes wonderful old fashion tasting syrup.
There will be 20 sugarhouses open in Northwestern PA for the annual Taste and Tour. Come out with your family, spend some time learning the art of making maple syrup!
