๐Ÿšจ URGENT: MR. CHUCKLES IS OUT OF TIME ๐Ÿšจ

Meet Mr. Chuckles, a 33-pound terrier mix who is just over a year old. His time at the shelter has run out, and he urgently needs an adopter or rescue commitment.

Mr. Chuckles absolutely loves people and never turns down a toy. Give him a squeaky toy, a tennis ball, or something to carry around, and youโ€™ll see his fun-loving personality shine. He wants nothing more than a person to call his own.

Mr. Chuckles would do best as the only pet in the home and prefers a home without small children. He is looking for someone who will love him for the loyal, playful companion he is.

Every share matters. Every tag matters. His life depends on being seen.

๐Ÿพ Meet Hobie! ๐Ÿพ

This handsome boy is Hobie, a 2-year-old male weighing approximately 28 pounds. Hobie was found as a stray on Sunny Brook Farm Road on 06/06/2026 and is currently waiting for his owner to come forward or for a loving family to choose him.

Hobie is still settling into shelter life, but he has already captured our attention with his sweet face and gentle demeanor. Dogs like Hobie deserve the chance to leave the shelter behind and spend their days in a safe, loving home. Unfortunately, his time is limited, and he needs your help.

๐Ÿพ Why Our Shelter Needs Volunteers ๐Ÿพ

When people hear the word volunteer, they often think it means spending hours at the shelter. While we love having hands-on volunteers, there are so many ways to helpโ€”even from home.

Sometimes volunteering means giving a dog a pup cup and seeing them smile. Sometimes itโ€™s sitting with a wee bitty puppy thatโ€™s crying because itโ€™s scared and alone. Sometimes itโ€™s taking a few minutes to comfort a nervous cat or helping a shy dog learn to trust people.

But volunteering doesnโ€™t have to happen inside our shelter walls.

You can help by:
๐Ÿพ Sharing our posts and adoptable pets on social media.
๐Ÿพ Inviting friends and family to follow our page.
๐Ÿพ Networking with rescues that may be able to pull dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens into their programs.
๐Ÿพ Helping spread the word about animals in need of adoption or rescue placement.
๐Ÿพ Being an advocate for homeless pets in our community.

Every share, every comment, every rescue contact, and every conversation about our animals can help save a life. The pet you share today may be seen by the adopter, volunteer, or rescue that changes its future forever.

No act of kindness is too small. Whether youโ€™re cuddling a scared puppy at the shelter or sharing a post from your couch, you are helping our animals find hope.

Together, we can give them the second chance they deserve.

๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’™ NEW STRAY INTAKE โ€“ MEET ROSCOE ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿพ

This handsome blue-eyed boy was picked up as a stray from Dixie Dale Road in Albertville on 06/04/2026. We are calling him Roscoe and he weighs approximately 45 pounds.

Roscoe has only just arrived at the shelter, and we are hopeful that either his owner will come forward or that a loving adopter or rescue will see him and give him the fresh start he deserves. He may be new to us, but it's easy to see that he is a special dog with a sweet face and an even sweeter personality.

๐Ÿ“… Available for Adoption or Rescue: 06/10/26
โš ๏ธ Euthanasia Date: 08/03/2026

While that date may seem far away, our kennels fill quickly, and every dog needs a plan. We are sharing Roscoe now so potential adopters and rescues have plenty of time to see him and help secure his future.

Please share Roscoe's post and help us find the family he's been waiting for. Whether he's missing his old home or searching for a brand-new one, he deserves a safe place to land and people who will love him for life.

๐Ÿ’” SIX BABIES. ONE SHELTER. NOT ENOUGH SPACE. ๐Ÿ’”

These six innocent puppies were found alone on Doyle Drive in Albertville on 06/03/2026. At only 8 weeks old, they should be curled up in loving homes, playing with toys, and falling asleep in someone's lap. Instead, they are growing up in a shelter, waiting and hoping that someone will notice them before it's too late.

๐Ÿพ 1 Female
๐Ÿพ 5 Males
๐Ÿพ Approximately 8 Weeks Old

Every time someone walks past their kennel, little tails wag with hope. Every puppy believes that the next person through the door might be the one who takes them home. They don't understand why they are here or why no one has chosen them yet.

Our shelter is filling up fast, and we desperately need adopters and rescue partners to step forward. These puppies deserve the chance to know what it feels like to be loved, safe, and wanted.

Please don't scroll past them. Share their story. Tag a rescue. Tell a friend. Open your heart and your home. A few moments of your time could change the entire course of their lives.

Meet June ๐Ÿค

June is a precious 6-week-old mixed breed puppy with the sweetest little face and the personality to match. She is playful, cuddly, curious, and full of that puppy charm that makes it impossible not to fall in love.

She is still just a baby, so she will need a family ready to help her learn, grow, and become the best girl she can be. June has all the makings of a wonderful companion โ€” sweet, snuggly, playful, and everything you could want in a puppy.

Come meet June and let this little girl steal your heart. ๐Ÿพ

Meet Gage ๐Ÿ–ค

Gage is a sweet 3-month-old Doberman mix with the softest eyes and the gentlest little soul. He can be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but it doesnโ€™t take long for him to warm up with a few kind words, a little patience, and some chin scratches. Once he feels safe, his playful puppy personality starts to shine through.

This handsome boy is learning that the world isnโ€™t such a scary place after all. Heโ€™s curious, loving, and already shows signs of being a loyal companion who just wants someone to call his own. Gage would love a home where he can continue building confidence, get plenty of love, and enjoy all the puppy adventures life has to offer.

With those adorable floppy ears and soulful eyes, itโ€™s impossible not to fall for him. ๐Ÿพ

Gage is currently available for rescue or adoption. Please help us find this sweet boy the forever home he deserves before his time runs out.

Gage was picked up by animal control on 5/27/26 and is scheduled for euthanasia on 7/27/26.
