UPDATE: 1/4 a beef is all that’s left! We won’t have more until late spring or early summer!

1/2 a beef is available AND goes to the butcher THIS MONTH!
Purchase either a quarter or side AND get it discounted—$200 off! Payment is due at reservation!

Butcher date is September 25 and processed through Behrmann’s. Payment for processing will be paid separately and directly to them upon pick up.

1/4 side of beef (approximately 150-175 #) $1,000
1/2 side of beef (approximately 325-350 #) $1,800

Quarter beefs get standard cuts as both quarters have to match. Half get to select cuts, packaging etc… attached is what a half beef looks like in a freezer—although ours is never this organized 🙃

+only doing this as whole hog, but you are welcome to split with someone on your own

Ribeyes and NY strips are what’s for dinner tonight!

We will have 5 (yes, FIVE) cattle ready for early October!
1/4 side:$1,200 approximately 175lbs of processed beef
1/2 side: $2,000 approximately 355lbs of processed beef
Whole cow:$4,000 approximately 715lbs of processed beef

We will also have 10 hogs for August
Whole hog: $400

Processing is paid directly to the butcher and is a separate charge
