03/28/2026
Dear Friends and Clients,
After 11 wonderful years of serving the Willamette Valley, we have finally made the decision to retire. I am pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2026, Timothy Stone will become the new owner of DISPAWSAL. Timothy is a current business owner who shares the same dedication to quality, reliability, and customer service, and we are confident that he will take great care of you.
We are happy to say that you will continue to see the same cheerful faces greeting your pups and cleaning your yards, with no interruption of service, and no rate changes in 2026.
Payments will be automated to make things easier for everyone, which Timothy explains in a little more detail in his message below.
We will also be assisting with the transition to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please be assured, we have no doubt that we are leaving our customers in safe hands. Our priority is, and always will be, Customer Satisfaction and the Safety of your Devoted Pets.
As small business owners, we were blessed to live in a community that showed us loyalty and support. We thank you for making our time as “Owners” so fulfilling. It has been a pleasure serving you and your “fur babies”.
Best regards,
Brian and Mary Collins
“Personal Message from Timothy”
Hello everyone. My name is Tim Stone II. I will be taking over the daily operations of Dispawsal for Mary and Brian as they ride off into the sunset.
Just a bit of information about me. I have been in the industry since I was about 6 years old helping my Dad out during the Summers. My Father started Scoop Masters in Los Angeles in 1988. The whole company is family owned (My Dad and I) and we do not do franchises as we believe you lose the service quality once you franchise. I also plan to let my kids run the company in about 25 years so I have no intent on going anywhere. Currently I run all the day to day stuff and my Dad is more behind the scenes doing the technical side of things.
Some information to start, however a follow up email from myself will go out the 1st or 2nd week of April.
1. There will be no price increases this year. 🙂
2. You do not need to sign up for service again. I will be creating an account for all clients in our system. Once your account is set up, you will receive login credentials to your client portal from Sweep&Go to the email on file. Once you do, you will be able to login to your account, add a card on file for autopay, set up profiles for your pups (So the techs can get to know their name) and make any necessary changes.
3. We do require cards on files for all residential clients. It's just easier as the system will auto charge the invoices. The system is secure and once a card is added, all we can see are the last 4 of the card number and the expiration date. Read number 2 on how to add a card on file. Of course you will be able to call me as well if that's easier for yall. (Contact info below)
4. All notes currently in your account with Dispawsal will be added manually by me. So no need to worry if the notes necessary to service yalls residence will still be there.
I will reiterate a few of these things along with some other information regarding billing cycle changes in April's email.
Please feel free to reach out to me by using the contact information below if you have any questions.
I am available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Saturday 7:00 AM-2:00 PM, and I will do my best to respond promptly to all inquiries.
