Look who made it down to NY all the way from North Carolina. Three of the seven pups (3.5 months old) arrived late last night. It was a very long trip for GRUMPY, HAPPY & SLEEPY, and they did very well. A HUGE thank you to our rescue partner Arcadia Animal Rescue, the NC foster, a kind volunteer transporter and the two wonderful ladies and their families whom stepped up to foster!! Could not do this without you. They will be in foster while we arrange their spays. All pups have received all their age appropriate vaccines and rabies vaccines. They cuddled with their foster moms all night and are reported to be very loving and sweet! Can you tell from their photos? 🥹

Interested in fostering or adopting? 🩵🐾 Puppies!!! This litter is 3-4 mos old, have already had all 3 sets of shots AND rabies this past Monday. They are looking for new homes. Time is of the essence so they will need to be spayed while in foster care so no other unaltered male dogs (sorry). I’d prefer to split them up unless experienced enough to handle two. I have no set time at the moment to determine how long they will be in foster. It could be a week to several weeks while we work on finding a home and getting them spayed.

They are healthy and strong!

They have NEVER been in a shelter, just in their current foster home.

Currently in NC. Will arrange for transport. We do ask that you meet transport in (Binghamton OR working on getting it closer to Albany) NY and be able to bring to spay appointment.

🎉🐾🩵We have wonderful news to share! Our sweet boy HOUSTON, whom we rescued off the streets of Houston Texas last year (along with his ever so faithful companion, Rosie) found his new family yesterday! Right now it’s foster to adopt, to see how he adjusts to new dogs in the home and to his new environment, but his new mom absolutely adores him so much already. He’s doing so well with their other pets too! This makes my heart so full. Houston is so deserving of his own family. His new mom says “He’s the sweetest man and has stolen everyone’s heart!” Thank you so much for giving this sweet guy a chance! 🩵🐾🎉

HOME FOUND ‼️🐾 One of Rosie’s pups who was adopted along with the rest of her litter last year, is unexpectedly looking for a new home. Due to unforeseen events and through no fault of his own, he is looking for a forever family. His name right now is Dale and he’s a very good boy. He is a year old and has no known behavioral or health concerns. Today we took Calzone and Biscotti to the vet to update their vaccines. Afterwards we went on some nice little walks and the two tagteamed and spent a long while chasing a leaf and a moth. That tired them out and they soon decided it was time for a nap 😴

Bear and Dax has become quite the duo and we love it. They both needed to find a bond and they found comfort in eachother’s crazy 😝 Their companionship is very sweet and unexpected, and they seem to balance one another out and keep eachother in check. We take in hard to place dogs and often they have a challenging time getting along with other dogs and people. Canines are complex, just as humans can be. It always takes time to find their place. Some dogs take longer than others do. They have all the time in the world here with us.

(These two have their own bedroom to hang out in whenever we leave the house and this is what we are greeted with when we walk in) I love them so much 🥰
