Is anyone else experiencing a nightmare with the insurance you THOUGHT you had going into 2026, only to find out it is not as told to you by the marketplace representative that sold you the plan. I have been on the phone all day only to find out my medication is $180 deductible, my health insurance is $50 copay, but $80 copay if I want to see the doctors in Tifton I have been using for years, who are no longer in network. Not only have I had to endure 40 11 dozen medicare calls every day, the one I answered sold me a plan that does not meet my needs!!!!!! I am a provider and member with UHC. But they keep asking my NPI number when I try to get help regarding my UHC MEMBER PLAN.
I have an agent working on this mess! Meantime, my hip hurts so bad and I can't go to the doctor or pick up my medicines. This world has gone crazy!!!
