Recently we have become aware of statements have been made about our business that do not accurately reflect the full circumstances of a past client relationship. The videos being shown by this former client are incomplete clips of the actual service we provided, from over 3 years ago. Some of these visits were just to top off the tank and feeding of the fish, a service we kindly provided with no charge for this client. These are not the complete services that were received by the client.
This client also failed to follow advice for success, had freshwater set up on a saltwater tank, which we strongly advise against. He also continually had his smoker hands in the saltwater tank, and added livestock without proper disease and pest prevention and treatments.
We believe it is important for people to understand that every story has multiple perspectives and that conclusions should not be drawn based on one-sided information.
