🐴 Looking for a truly special companion horse? 🐴

We are searching for an exceptional home for a beautiful 9-year-old Paint gelding, approximately 15.1 hands. He is sweet, people-oriented, and genuinely enjoys attention and human connection 💛

Per veterinary evaluation, due to arthritis in his neck, he is not rideable. Because of this, he is being offered to a great home strictly as a companion horse. Aside from this, he has no ongoing medical issues, is an easy keeper, and is currently barefoot (no shoes) 🌿

This horse would be perfect for:
✨ Someone needing a companion for another horse
✨ A family who loves having animals at home
✨ Anyone who enjoys brushing, feeding carrots 🥕, and spending peaceful time with horses

Lately at Bella Terra Hills 🌿

Children learning, horses teaching, animals roaming, and the land holding us all. So much beauty is offered here every day — we do our best to receive it with gratitude and give back with care 🤍

This land has reshaped the way our family connects. Life once felt full of constant commitments and motion. Now it’s still busy — but in a different way. A kind of busy that always includes time outside, connection with the land, the animals, and with one another.

When people ask if we have regrets, or if we’d ever go back, our answer comes without hesitation — no.
Because this is the life we imagined, dreamed of, and quietly prayed for — for ourselves and for our children. Deeply content. Endlessly grateful.

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced horse caretaker to join our team at BellaTerra Hills in Alachua, FL.

If you’re passionate about horses, love spending time outdoors, and have solid experience in horsemanship — including recognizing signs of illness or discomfort — we’d love to hear from you! 💛

Position Details:
🕰️ Schedule:
• Saturdays – AM+Lunch shift (7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
• Occasional extra shifts available as needed

Requirements:
🐎 Hands-on experience working with horses
🐴 Ability to identify if a horse is unwell
🌿 Dependable, responsible, and caring nature
✨ Comfortable working independently

This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a peaceful, beautiful environment surrounded by nature and animals. 🌳🐎
