Hunter Happenings! So many shows, so little time to post! Quick highlights of the past few weeks at Tryon, Bruces, Highfields and Stableview!

Muffy Armendariz's mare "Finesse" was champion in the low hunters at Stableview.

"Cruz Control" owned by Holly Balasis was champion with Martin in the hopeful hunters at Highfields.

Brooke Brelsford's "Blume PS" had beautiful rounds over fences at Stableview in the low hunters, finishing with a first and second.

Sophie Brelsford had some great rounds with her pony "Main Attraction" at Bruces Field and was champion at Stableview with her in the low hunters.

Enaya Carroll was champion with Rancho Pampa's "Zahara" in the juniors at Tryon. This mare is and qualififed for jr hunter finals! She showed her own "Just First Verdi HX" in the childrens and they had some nice rounds as he learns his new job. They also had great rounds in the jrs at Highfields with some great ribbons.

Dini Jones showed her "Classic Siri" to top placings including a championship at Highfields in the greens. They also had lovely trips in the adults at Bruce's Field.

Terri Jones showed her "Corsario"to top placings at Stableview and Highfields in the low/pre-adults.

"All That Matters" owned and shown by Adam Persans had some lovely ribbons in the 2'6 at Bruces Field and great rounds in the 2'9. He was also reserve champion the greens at Highfields.

Dirk Sommers in the hopefuls had solid rounds with his own "RF Le Phantom at Highfields. Kristine Sommers showed "RF Le Coeur" to great ribbons in the performance hunters at Highfields.

Emma Videla had a catchride in the childrens with the wonderful Tuxedo Park" to some top ribbons at Bruce's Field. This pony is . She also got to catchride the wonderful small pony "Imagineer" in the childrens at Highfields. The pony is

Martin Videla showed Rancho Pampa's young hunter "Passionario" to a championship in the performance at Highfields. He also showed Zahara to a reserve championship in the greens at Tryon.

Catching up on all the shows! Two weeks of Bruce's Field, Highfields, Stableview and Tryon - it's been BUSY!
First up - the jumper highlightss!
Charity Brazzle and her new mount Calvescot had some top placings in the .90s including a second place finish.
Enaya Carroll and her own Naccia Star RGS were champion in the 1.10 jrs at Tryon
Charley Trainor was reserve champion in the 1.0 jrs at Tryon with her own "Iron Willed".
Emma Videla showed her own "Smoketree Knight Ryder" in the .65s at Highfields and finished up champion.
Lauren Warmuth showed her own "Classic Havana" (Rancho Pampa bred) to first places in the 1.0 at Stableview!

Working student position. Looking for someone interested in riding and learning in fast paced but no drama training/sales/show barn in Aiken, SC. Great group of horses and clients. We have hunters and jumpers. Riding experience required, young horse experience helpful. Apt and stall for one horse.

With a break in the show schedule, we got a chance to do one of our group lessons. After lots of challenging exercises, we all sat down and enjoyed a great lunch together! Best barn group!

✨ Rancho Pampa had an amazing week in the show ring at the Aiken Summerfest II! ✨

🏅 “Zahara” & Martin Videla were 4th in the National Derby and “Zahara” continued her winning ways with Enaya Carroll in the 3’3 jrs with top ribbons and WINNERS of the 3’3 Jr Handy!
🌟 Young stallion “Pasionario” made his 3’3 Green debut and was Reserve Champion with Martin!
👊Martin also piloted “All That Matters” (owned by Adam Persans) to great ribbons in the 2’6 Hopefuls + USHJA.
💫 “Lee Evans” (owned by Darlene Straub) & Enaya Carroll earned 3’3 Jr ribbons + 12th in the Derby with Martin
🐴 Sophie Brelsford and her own “Main Attraction” took home ribbons in the large ponies, including 2nd in the 🏅 Medal!
👏 Dini Jones and her own “Classic Siri” had great trips and ribbons in the 3’Greens against pros.
🔥 “Naccia Star RGS” & Enaya Carroll were on fire in the jumpers with 1st, 2nd, 3rd in the 1.10 + 4th in the Classic!

So proud of our team, horses, and owners — what a show! ❤️🐎

What a great show! Pasionario, our 6 YO stallion was champion in the young hunters and had lovely rounds with Jordan Burton in the adults. Dini Jones "Classic Siri" was reserve champion in the 3' greens with Martin. Zahara was reserve champion in the young hunters and had lovely rounds in the 3'3 jr hunters with Enaya Carroll, including a blue ribbon round. Adam Persans "All That Matters" had a great showing in the hopefuls with a blue ribbon ride. Darlene Straub's "Lee Evans" was champion in the 3'3 greens with Martin. Enaya Carroll rode her own Naccia Star RGS to top results in the 1.0 & 1.10s.

Tryon Summer IV was a great time for the Rancho Pampa Team. Enaya Carroll was the busiest rider of the week! She showed her own Silvie in the 1.0/1.10 jr jumpers with some great rounds and great ribbons. She and Dreamy stepped in to the equitation in the indoor and took on new challenges with new branches of the sport. She also took on new adventures and showed Rancho Pampa's "Lee Evans" and "Zahara" in the 3'3 jr hunters and laid down some beautiful rounds! Huge thanks to her mom Tahira for keeping everything on track - horseshow mom extraordinaire. Dini Jones had a fantastic show with her own Classic Siri and had some great ribbons in a large and competitive adult division! Kristine Sommers showed her own LC and had some lovely rounds and ribbons in the adult eq and adult hunters. Dirk Sommers and Phantom had great trips in a large and competitive low adult division and brought home ribbons (they also took some naps togther!;). Emma Videla did her first Derby with "Fancy Like" and they had a beautiful trip! She and Enaya also showed off their matching wardrobes! Martin showed our young stallion "Pasionario" in the young hunters/3' greens with some incredible trips, ribbons and scores! We all had a great time at Tryon and look forward to coming back soon!

Great show for Rancho Pampa! Enaya Carroll joined the Rancho Pampa team with an incredible show. She rode her own Just First Verdi HX to a second place ribbon her very first time doing the medals. Showing off their versatility, they had also had great results in their debut in the hunter ring! Enaya also rode Darlene Straub’s “Lee Evans” for Rancho Pampa to reserve champion in the combined 3’3/3’6 small juniors and had great ribbons with Rancho Pampa’s “Zahara” in the 3’3/3’6 large juniors as well. Dini Jones rode her own “Classic Siri” to great results in the adults and Dirk Sommers rode “RF Le Phantom” in the low adults putting in some nice rounds in a large division! Martin rode Adam Pearson’s “All That Matters” in the 2’9 USHJA with consistent rounds. Emma Videla rode “Fancy Like” to top finishes in the combined green ponies.

Debbie Snyder’s “Handyarado” was 2024 USEF Horse of the Year in 3’9 Green Hunters in points and money won. For us, he is a horse of a lifetime. Thank you Debbie.
