Agility is an awesome sport for you and your dog. However it is very important to get the right trainer/coach. Always start with fundamentals. My fisrt coach started me in a more advanced class and it really hurt our abilities. Now we got a new coach and have started back at fundamentals. So much I didn’t know! I am a much better handler already!

Training tip Thursday

The more time you spend with your puppy, the better behaved he’ll be. The more places you take him, the better behaved he’ll be. The more people he meets, the better behaved he’ll be. The more time you spend playing with him, the more he’ll sleep. 😉 The more time you spend talking to him like a human (not baby talk) the more he’ll understand. The more time you spend training and playing, the more places you’ll want to take him. It’s all interconnected and he’s a member of your family!
