Waggz will be CLOSED on Memorial Day — May 30th — while we trade in the grooming tables for backyard BBQs, sunshine, and probably a hotdog mysteriously disappearing at dog-level height. 🌭🐾

Most importantly, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for this country. ❤️🤍💙

We’ll be back making the pups fabulous after the holiday, fluffing tails and serving fresh summer glow-ups like the patriotic grooming goblins we are. ✨🦅

Please plan appointments accordingly because spots before and after the holiday will book faster than a Labrador hearing a cheese wrapper open.

Bo has officially clocked in for belly rub duty, treat quality control, and being painfully adorable at all times. Honestly, HR is already concerned about how much attention he’s demanding around the shop.

He’s bringing the charm, the fluff, the chaos, and the “who said I couldn’t sit directly in your lap while you’re working?” energy — and we are HERE for it. 💅🐶

We’ve been holding this one close to the chest for a while… but it’s time for a little heart-to-heart. 💬

As much as we wish belly rubs and good vibes could pay the bills, the reality is that the cost of our shampoos, tools, and equipment has continued to climb (and not in a cute, wagging-tail kind of way). To keep delivering the same level of care, quality, and attention your pups deserve, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our pricing.

This wasn’t a quick or easy decision. We’ve done everything we can behind the scenes to absorb these increases, but in order to maintain the safe, clean, and top-tier grooming experience you know and trust, this step is necessary.

**PUPDATE!! Tilly has been found!!**
Thank you all for sharing and helping bring this sweet baby home to her dad! She was picked up at McDonald's in Adairsville and taken all the way to Centre AL. Luckily someone saw our post and was able to contact the person who found her.

If anyone has seen this sweet puppy please contact her dad at 205-522-9554. She got off her runner last night in the Poplar Springs area. Her dad is missing her terribly. You can also drop her off here no questions asked! Please share to help us bring Tilly home!!

We need to have a not-so-cute conversation. 🫠

If your dog is using our building, sidewalk, or parking lot as their personal bathroom… that’s a problem. A big one.

We share this space with neighbors, and it is flat-out disrespectful to leave behind messes for others to step in, smell, or deal with. This is a business, not a dog park.

Let’s be crystal clear:
👉 If your pet goes, YOU clean it up. Immediately. No exceptions.
👉 “I didn’t see it” or “it’s just one time” isn’t going to fly.

We work hard to keep our space clean, professional, and welcoming—not to play cleanup crew for avoidable messes.

From this point forward, if we have to clean up after your pet, you will be dismissed as a client and not welcomed back. No warnings, no second chances.

We love your pups… but we also love our neighbors, our space, and basic respect.

Do better. 🐾

🚨 Friendly Reminder from Waggz 🐾

Just a heads up, fur-friends and their humans — the shop is CLOSED April 11th through April 21st while we took some time for Cierra’s surgery and Mandy’s training (busy girls, doing big things 💁‍♀️✨).

We’ll be back in action on April 21st, refreshed, recharged, and ready to make your pups look their absolute BEST! 🐶✂️

❗️Important Update:
Waggz is now BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We no longer accept walk-in services, with the exception of quick nail trims.

Appointments fill up FAST, so don’t wait until your pup is looking like a shaggy little mop — plan ahead and get on the schedule! 😉

Thank you all for your patience, support, and love while we were away. We can’t wait to see those happy tails walking back through our doors 💛
