I realize that they don't look all that great. However, they sure do taste damn delicious!!
There were six scallops but by the time I snapped this photo there were only three.
These were frozen scallops because it's almost impossible to find them fresh anywhere unless you are on a diving boat.
Sorry you missed these slowly seated scallops in olive olio, lemon, salt and garlic

I finally had a chance to scrub and oil this very nice roper from Adriano Moraes saddles out of Brazil. The hand tooling covers the entirety of this beautiful saddle.
It is in excellent condition except for the leather cover the tree underneath and a spot where the natural sheeps fleece shows some wear in one small area.
15.5" seat
7.5" wide FQHB tree
Comes with off billet and back billet
