The puppy stockings were hung by the chimney with care as our groomers want to remind you we have 5 days left to do their hair!!! Christmas is coming fast in a hurry!!! Make your appointments soon so you don't have to scurry!!! 🎄 695-5373!!

We have Tuesday through Saturday this week available. These are the only days we are open before the holiday. We will be closed Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th.

It's our 50th year Anniversary of being an established business!!!

Here's a little piece of our history that we keep on our lobby wall!

The article below is from 1974 in which Lads and Lassie's had been open for 6 months originally as a pet store by owner Elizabeth Hager. Around this time of year she decided to offer dog grooming. I'm not really sure her interest in dog grooming and why she decided to offer it at her pet store. However I do know that she attached a container vacuum to dog clippers and to this day we still groom with air! Eventually the pet store part fell off and the grooming part continued for decades! Although we never got to meet her before she passed away she did know that we appreciated her very much. One of her daughters has remained a customer and she is where we got this article and learned a lot of our history. We are so grateful to Mrs. Hager half a century ago deciding to offer grooming and for attaching a vacuum to the clippers!! We would not be who we are today without her!!

****In honor of our 50th year anniversary we are offering $5 off to each family that gets their dog/s groomed this week!

****We are also offering a free groom to the 50th person that comments on this post!!

We cannot thank our customers enough for the support through all these years!! We love having each and every one of you as part our dog shop family! Thank you for sharing your pups with us! We love all our fur babies!! 🐶
