Join us in welcoming our newest Associate Veterinarian, Dr. Bennett Folsom.
Dr. Folsom is a graduate of the 2025 Texas Tech University School of Veterinary Medicine inaugural class. We are very excited to welcome him, his wife Hailey, and their dog Maggie to our clinic and our community.

It will be here before you know it!! More pets tend to get lost around the Fourth of July weekend due to loud noises and fireworks. A 30% to 60% increase in lost pets is observed at shelters and animal control facilities during this period.
Now is a great time to see your veterinarian about anxiety medications, microchipping, and ensuring your contact information is up to date.

Summer is here, and that means our boarding and grooming spaces will fill quickly. To keep your pet(s) and those pet(s) around them safe, we REQUIRE these vaccinations before your pet can receive boarding or grooming services. For dogs: Rabies, Distemper Parvo, Bordetella, and Deworming (or a negative f***l within the past year). For cats: Rabies and Feline Distemper. If your pet receives these vaccinations at another clinic, please ensure we receive a copy of those up-to-date records prior to your check-in. If your veterinarian has stated an exemption is necessary for all or some of these vaccinations due to medical reasons, please ensure that is notated in the records.

It's that time of year when porcupine encounters increase. If your dog has been hit by a porcupine, the most important thing is to get to a veterinarian as soon as possible. The longer quills are embedded, the more difficult and risky their removal becomes. Quills can also introduce bacteria and cause infections, especially if they are left in place for too long. Sedation is necessary to safely remove the quills, and pain medication prescribed to manage discomfort.
