🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐾

Today, we’re celebrating a very special member of the Lawrence Performance Horses family — Rusty, our trusted Catahoula. ❤️

At 10 years old, Rusty has been a staple around our barn for as long as we can remember. He’s been there through long days, early mornings, late nights, horse shows, and everything in between.

He’s more than just a barn dog — he’s a loyal companion, a trusted ranch hand, and truly one of the most faithful dogs we’ve ever known. 🐶

Rusty has a way of always being right where he needs to be, keeping an eye on things and making sure everyone is doing their job. 😉 He’s become such a special part of our daily lives, and we wouldn’t want the barn without him.

Happy National Dog Day to our old faithful, Rusty! ❤️🐾

✨ It’s everyone’s favorite time of year… Futurity Season! ✨

We couldn’t be more excited to get this talented 3-year-old filly by Stevie Rey Von on the road. She’s been putting in the work, and now it’s time to see it all come together.

The long days, early mornings, and countless hours of preparation have all led to this. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this special filly.

Stay tuned as we kick off futurity season—we’re looking forward to the journey! 💙🐴

The NRCHA Hackamore Classic has come to an end!

We had some great rides, and we had a few that left some points out in the arena. That’s all part of the journey. Anytime you can leave a major event with a paycheck, it’s a win, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to compete against some of the best.

More than anything, we’re thankful for a week spent with great friends, fellow competitors, and incredible horses. Now it’s time to head home, get back to work, keep improving, and prepare for the next one.

On to the next! 💪🐴

Hey Babe 😉 absolutely lit it up today!

After marking a strong 144 in the Open Two Rein Spectacular with Jed Lawrence, he came right back and put together a 142 in the Non Pro with Jamie Pisculli in the saddle!

This horse continues to impress us with his incredible mind, consistency, and all the talent in the world. We’re so proud of the way he’s showing up every time his name is called.

Tomorrow is another big day with reined work and fence work, plus Jamie will wrap up the Hackamore Classic Non Pro Boxing Derby with the boxing portion.
