Hello everyone,

I hope everyone had an excellent Thanksgiving holiday. Here are the puppies that I prepared for the festivities. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful holiday, and I look forward to seeing you all starting Monday. I have been out of the office for the past couple of days, as I needed to attend to some business-related matters.

I wanted to inform everyone that, beginning next Monday, an AI receptionist will be available to answer phone calls when I am unavailable. The AI receptionist will report back to me, enabling me to better manage my time. Although I am still learning about this new system, I am confident it will allow me to devote my undivided attention to the dogs in my care, rather than being distracted by phone calls.

I also wanted to update you on the status of the van. Unfortunately, it requires more repairs than initially anticipated, and we will need to postpone its use until we have secured the necessary funds. I will keep you updated on its status.

Good morning everyone,

I am pleased to share photographs of the dogs I groomed or bathed last week. I have finally managed to capture images of every dog that received my services.

I would like to extend my gratitude to all clients who utilize my services. It is remarkable to observe the progress I have made in my grooming skills, as all but one of the dogs I serviced last week were repeat clients.

I wish everyone a fantastic week ahead. Please note that I will be unavailable starting Friday and will resume on Monday.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to make everybody aware that I will be changing my business hours. My weekday hours will stay the same, but I have decided to start working weekends again to help with the holiday rush, and since some people's only available day is on weekends. Depending on how it goes, I will determine after December whether I will continue working weekends, since I didn’t have a lot of people wanting to schedule appointments on weekends when I used to work them. I will only be working on Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM.

I also wanted to get people’s opinions on buying healthy dog treats, since I am thinking about getting my wholesale license to sell dog treats and some leashes and collars. If I have enough interest, I will get my license next month.

Update on the van: we are trying to get it into the shop, but we have a lot of things going on right now, so it has been put on the back burner. However, we are still hoping to have it up and running by February, since being in my truck and trailer means I can’t work if the weather temperature is below 35, as my water tank freezes. With the van, the water would not be able to freeze.

I also do not plan on going to very many dog shows next year, so I will not have that conflicting with booking grooming appointments. I should only be going to dog shows next fall. I will be having two litters of puppies next year, though, so of course, when I have those litters, I will make an announcement, since I usually take 2 to 3 weeks off during that time.

Thank you to everybody for supporting my small business. I greatly appreciate it, and I can’t wait to see what next year brings.

Good morning everyone,

I am pleased to announce that the van is nearing operational readiness. We are currently resolving some equipment and generator issues.

To ensure the interior's efficiency for canine and feline grooming, I conducted a trial run with my own dogs. I am delighted to report that most of the equipment present at the time of purchase remains functional.

While some modifications are still necessary, we anticipate the van being fully operational within the next couple of months.

Although the van requires some refurbishment, we anticipate its operational launch this winter.
