The beef industry especially the Beef value chain development is still a fully untapped venture. There is more you can get from a dressed carcass than just chopping meat and bones.
Those who have specialised in meat cuts earn more than the ordinary butcher.
Whereas an ordinary butcher has one category of a target market (the end consumer, meat roasters, hotels), one fixed market price of probably 10k/kg and one product to sell (beef) the specialised butcher dealing in meat cuts has an extensive market base to tap from and a wide range of products dealing in specialised steak beef cuts sold at variable prices between 15k - 45k/kg depending on the cut. When you put others like the sausages, minced meat, meat balls, bones, the market base expands and the value of the products earn you more than an ordinary butcher.

The Brahman bull:

A breed of zebu cattle developed from four cattle breeds of Indian origin in the United States.
The bull You See over there is almost 2 metres tall and weighs 851kgs.
This bull is bred typically for beef production.
By virtue of its characteristics like being heat tolerant and having a thick skin which is resistant to the bites of insects, this bull could be ideal for karamoja. However due to its massiveness and strength the local zebu cows should have extreme hip stamina to handle the weight during the mating period.

Three months ago, this boer boel cross puppy together with its sister entered deep into a pit latrine and got submerged into poo. We managed to pull them out alive.

The two puppies were stricken with fear, bloated, shivering and restless.

I cleaned them, induced vomiting, put them on treatment and provided warm bedding to keep them warm.The owner was worried they wouldn't survive due to their state.

Three months later Snoop is a grown up tough and playful puppy. Unfortunately the sister was stolen.
