Why was he surrendered?

Emergency!!
Furry was saved from a tire shop, we named him furry , he is about 2yrs old, he was running the street, he has some eye issues and a little diarrhea, we are taking him to pet check please donate for furry with Home of dogs,
Exam, f***l & parvo test, if negative we will do vaccines meds, $80 to $150 is needed at pet check. Thank you for your donation.
