Purple-headed or Crowned Musk Lorikeet

In natural conditions, they live in Northwest Victoria and South Australia. They live in small groups. Noisy parrots are constantly in motion.
The body length of the parrot is 18 cm. The color is green. In the upper part, the back is olive yellow. The crown is dark blue, the ear and forehead are golden yellow. The bridle is orange-red. The chest and throat are blue-gray, the fold of the wing is blue. In flight, crimson patches are visible under the wings. The beak is small black. Females are similar to males, but their ear coverts are paler, there are no crimson spots under their wings.
