Seymour Dellwig is such a trusting soul.
On Friday we took him for a vet certificate, a last run in the Red Zone and a sniff of his new crate.
On Saturday at 4am we put him in his new crate and onto a plane.
On Saturday evening, Chen~hui picked him up from Taoyuan Airport and took him "home" to Xiaobai, where he's now happily ensconced in his favorite chair and catching up with old friends as he patiently awaits our arrival.

Thank you all for your support and love throughout the year.

We are, once again, cosy at Xiaobai in the winter chill, basking in dog love, and appreciative as always that you, our extended Xiaobai Family, entrust your furry family members to us at this special time.

Huge appreciation also from the management of Xiaobai for our wonderful team who work through Christmas, cheerfully diligently to ensure the happiness, health and wellbeing of our charges.

No no no... not the brown one. That's Seymour Dellwig! 🤣
The blonde one is Angie and she and Paul, her partner, will be working with us over Christmas and Chinese New Year.
They've arrived fresh from New Zealand where they have been Seymour's flatmates. He gives them a 5 Paw Rating of Approval.
Seymour Dellwig himself will be rejoining us at Xiaobai soon as well.... stay posted for.....aaawwwwwwwwww... a resurgence of Seymour photos. 😁 We can't wait!

*What, in your opinion, makes a Xiaobai stay stand out as a higher quality experience than what dog hotels in Taipei city typically offer?*
"Ah, it's the mud! Yeah, totally. The mud, right Joy?"
"Mud! Mmmmmmm yeah! Mud... mud... And Dirt. Things you can dig. Mud."
"Woohahahah Mud mud mud dig dig dig. And rolling. Rolling in mud."
*How do your mums and dads feel about that, when you come home, muddy and wet?*
"They don't know!"
"Wooohahahahaha! Yeah. No idea!"
"A rinse, a bath, a blowdry. We come home smelling like roses. No-one's the wiser. Mum's the word."
