🌧Stormy days ahead, let’s take extra care
One of the strongest typhoons in recent years is on its way, and heavy showers have already started in northern Taiwan.
Over the next few days, we hope all NAAY friends and your pups stay safe and take a little extra care.
When the wind and rain get stronger, it’s best to stay home if you can.
If your pup really needs to go outside for a quick potty break, try to keep it short and stay close to home.
Choose a familiar route, and head back indoors as soon as you’re done.
While you’re outside, remember to look AROUND and ABOVE.
Signs, branches, potted plants, and other objects may loosen or fall in strong winds.
Keep your pup close, and don’t forget to take care of yourself.
A few gentle reminders for quick outings on stormy days:
👉 Before heading out: check that your harness and leash are in good condition, and make sure all buckles and clips are securely fastened.
👉 During the walk: hold the leash firmly, in case sudden sounds or falling objects startle your pup.
👉 After coming home: while drying your pup off, take a quick look at their paws and between their toes to make sure there are no tiny branches, sharp pieces, or small injuries.
Wishing every fur family safety and calm through the storm.
Let’s stay close, and get through the storm together.
