TWP’s Drop Off Policy

Pet parents are not allowed in the groom room. Please abide by the following steps to ensure an easy and successful appointment for your pet:

1) Call us when you’re at the gate
2) A TWP representative will great you and take your pet to the groom room
3) Please return to your vehicle
4) A TWP representative will call you when your pet is ready to be collected
