IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
Over the last week, we experienced a situation where a customer ordered the wrong size for their dog, complained about “late delivery” despite the item being delivered BEFORE the requested delivery date, and then proceeded to call and speak disrespectfully and rudely to members of our team regarding the sizing issue.
After this interaction, the customer then proceeded to leave a negative review through our automatic review platform, which was rejected by us as all reviews are manually approved before being published.
We would like to make something very clear:
What you order is what you will receive. Just like ordering from Amazon or other global online platforms, once a customer selects a size during checkout, that exact size is processed and shipped. Businesses cannot automatically guess measurements or make sizing corrections unless customers communicate with us directly.
Wuff Box Trinidad operates both regionally and internationally, and in all our years of business, we have NEVER experienced this type of behavior toward our staff.
This is why we repeatedly ask customers to contact us before or after placing an order with a proper side profile photo of their dog so we can assist with sizing recommendations.
Different manufacturers have different sizing. Size charts are ONLY guides, not guarantees.
To avoid issues moving forward, it is now MANDATORY to send:
✔️ A full side profile photo
✔️ Head-to-tail visibility
✔️ Stomach visibility
✔️ Front legs visible
This helps us properly recommend sizing, especially around the stomach area, to ensure the best fit and comfort for your dog.
For the past 7 years, our policy has remained the same:
❌ No exchanges
❌ No refunds
❌ No exceptions for incorrect sizes ordered
We are always willing to assist customers respectfully and professionally. However, disrespect toward our staff over issues caused by incorrect size selection will not be tolerated.
