Pets give us an unconditional type of love that is impossible to replace and creates a huge gap when it’s gone. 💔

Some pointers to helping someone you love grieve the loss of their pet:
*ask them to share stories and show you pictures
*share things that you thought were special about their incredible pet
*don’t rush their process, grief is different for everyone and is not dependent on the age or type of pet🐶🐱🦆🐷🐰🐴
And most of all, show grace kindness and love because though you may not understand it, you still might need it reciprocated one day.

One of the most difficult days for any pet owner is the day their pet passes away.

Grief comes from the loss of a loved one.
Love does not see species or age and neither does grief. Saying goodbye to a pet is one of the hardest losses one can experience in life.

❤🐾As we say goodbye to an incredibly loved and loyal companion today, we are so glad we got to be a part of honoring and celebrating her life. As we see the shimmer in the balloons and the beauty in the flowers brought by her family we know her wings and halo are shining just as bright.
