Dear Diary (or any hooman who cares):

Today was ruff.

Me and Mom had a BIG mission — we filled all the flower pots with fresh soil. So. Much. Dirt. I supervised closely (from the shade). Then I stepped in the dirt. Then I sat in it. Twice.

Mom said the soil is like vitamins for the flowers — full of yummy nutrients and stuff. Honestly, I thought the only ones taking vitamins around here were ME. (Beef flavor, please. Not the fishy one, thanks.)

Now we’re finally resting, watching the seagulls fly around like they own the sky. They flap. I nap. It’s called balance.

sigh The life of a French Bulldog isn’t just snuggles and snacks. I’m apparently a full-time gardener now. 🌹🌺🐾

Send treats. And belly rubs.
