We’re honoured to receive our first award for Steel & Bone! 🍻 🏆

Our Bohemian Pilsner is a very special beer to us—a critical step in our brewing journey.

When we first started brewing, we thought we could do anything. No rules, no bounds. Then our late kumquat-addition bitter bomb IPA taught us that brewing isn’t just wild creativity—it’s meticulous process.

So we stripped it back to basics to focus on a style that leaves nowhere to hide: Bohemian Pilsner. No late hops to mask fermentation flaws, no fruit adjuncts—just crisp clean fermentation on a sweet malt backbone with a floral hint of hops.

We decided we wouldn’t move on until this one was right. Focusing solely on this naked style gave us the foundation to explore more and more techniques, but not on wild guesses, but on informed intuition.

This award from Asia Beer Championship fuels us to keep refining both our delicate and wild recipes year after year to push our personal limits. Precision meets playfulness. Steel meets Bone.
