*UPDATE*
He has been found!!! YAY!! Thank you all for the help and love!!
Phuket people!!! My dog, Chico disappeared.
He’s about 5-6 years old, mix poodle.
Will answer his name if you call him.
(Although he’s a bit of an as***le so he might just not come).
Grey/brown coat; should wear a purple collar. Long hair (he just went to the groomer on the pic. He normally looks a like a dirty mop).
He doesn’t bite (but in the family we all have been bitten. Not too hard. But still. As I said, he’s a bit of an as***le).
We live in the Kata area, just behind the big Buddha. If you see him or hear about anything, please contact me or David Ghani (086-309-1392) asap.
We are all very worried and want him back home. My kids miss him very much.

This is Chico!
We adopted him when we were still living in China, about 5 years ago.
His rescuer was walking back home an evening, when he noticed that the guy in front of him was carrying a plastic bag...a "moving" plastic bag. Something was alive in that bag. He followed that person who went to a butcher shop and got that dog out of the bag, ready for slaughter (yes, Chinese people do eat dogs, cats, rats...anything on legs but chairs and tables). Out of compassion he bought the dog back and took him home.
He couldn't take care of him and was looking for a loving family to look after him...that's when we came in :) He was our second dog. He flew with us from Shanghai to Phuket when we moved.
This boy is one of the smartest dog I've seen and has a strong character. He's a Rottweiler trapped in a poodle-sized body :)
